As a successful entrepreneur, he co-founded a patented food technology company and led its integration with one of the world's largest meat producers — demonstrating his ability to scale innovation within complex, global industries.

Currently, Jeff serves as a Professor at the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Human Ecology, where he focuses on Consumer Science. He is known for championing a customer-first mindset that drives innovation and sustainable growth across both startups and large enterprises. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled brands, led cross-functional teams, and developed data-driven strategies that translate into long-term business success.

He brings deep expertise in Brand & Product Innovation, Digital-First Consumer Engagement, Market & Consumer Insights, External Communications, and New Product Launch & Commercialization — making him a significant value addition to the OneHermes team. As Chair of the Advisory Board, Jeff guides strategic direction and helps the company scale with a strong consumer-centric foundation.

Natalie Crain

Natalie Crain brings a rare combination to the OneHermes Advisory Board: two decades of leading Customer Experience and Marketing at national brands, paired with hands-on experience running a home care agency herself. That dual perspective — enterprise-grade strategy and street-level operator reality — is exactly the lens OneHermes needs to build a platform that works for the businesses it serves.

Before founding her own venture, Natalie led large-scale CX and marketing organizations at TruStage (formerly CUNA Mutual Group), Lands' End, and REI. She pioneered consumer research programs, built centralized customer experience capabilities that improved acquisition and retention, and drove digital marketing transformations that delivered improvement in ROI.

Today, as owner and operator of Hallmark Homecare of Madison, Natalie lives the daily realities of running a home care agency — caregiver scheduling, client trust, operations, and the constant balancing act of growth without losing the personal touch.
